Test Your Mattress
Sleep on your new Flo Mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system and materials.
Initiate a Request
If you still feel it is not the right fit after the adjustment period, contact our support team via email or web chat to start your return.
Schedule Pickup
We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.
Receive Your Refund
